Shipping and Return

We ship internationally, and shipping charges are calculated and paid at checkout. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are charged directly to the receiver/customer.

Each country has its own regulations, procedures, and tax policies for imported goods. Customs will contact the receiver once the shipment arrives, and any applicable duties must be settled for the order to be released and delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review these requirements before completing a purchase. Dreamspaces cannot be held responsible for any unpaid duty or customs charges. In case these charges are not paid, the shipment may be returned to us by customs.

Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
